Whats Next?.....

"So........Here we are........I know....its not you...its me....I feel, I feel like, like I might be bored....."
Yeah you've heard it before.......But, this time you wont walk in on your ex and "Sancho" in a coital hug that would make Larry Flynt blush.
I am just looking for additions for our list at the Times.....Maybe explore our "wild-side"? Or maybe w go a little more "traditional". Stouts Reds and IPA's?.....I dont know, possibilities are endless. Where would you like to see it go? Primarily Belgian? Or maybe a foray into Real Ale, english Bitters? You decide......Let me know....

Cask engined local beers...optimal freshness. Made on site ciders with that apple press you guys have in the basement. Local apples, even.

for the summer, i'd like to have a rotating kolsch/pilsener/witte tap. there are local interpretations and international benchmarks. we'll put our heads together, but we won't get too close. i've been drinking too much maredsous lately and it doesn't favor the breath.

i like the idea of a nice, easy drinker too. maybe something along the lines of a bitter or even a standard yorkshire english pale. we could do a yorkshire pudding as a nice treat for a week or two to unveil any of the esb's and silky deliciousness we choose to pop in.

oh so many choices.

also, a nice list of belgian/french/domestic saison/biere de garde/farmhouse ales would be KEY for this upcoming weather. pairing a simple chicken dish or even a rustic salad like the country french is terribly easy when pouring beers of that sort. let's DO this.

I would LOVE to see some hand-pulled cask ale on tap in Raleigh. If not local, get it from merry old England, some real ale would be a real treat.
